This is the PERFECT place to stay flying in to Rome. We liked it so much and rested so well, we asked them for an additional night so we could recover from our jet lag, and they totally accommodated us AND Roberta, at the front desk, even suggested we go through Booking.com so our stay would be less expensive! I was panicking because we weren't sure about SO many things as our travels had just begun but she went out of her way to assure me late at night and was even there bright and early the next morning to confirm that everything was totally fine! Rajesh, another amazing clerk, helped us get into our room early and even tiptoed around my wife (asleep on a pool chair) to get me the room key because he could tell how exhausted we were. Andrea was so kind to call cabs and help us with luggage storage, and Viktor at the restaurant made our delicious dining experience an absolute joy. The rooms are SO clean and comfortable and there's tons of cute cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Just stayed overnight to catch our early morning flights. Got a room in the "new" section - first room just past the pool from reception (#1984) and this was a great location for us. Room had hard wood floors which was nice to see since description on booking.com said carpet! Everything clean and in order and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Was hoping for better weather to sit out at the pool but that didn't happen. Still, pool area is nice and looks like they have a little pool bar when weather agrees. Shuttle is great. Takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. Nice location as there are other restaurants you can walk to close by. (Would recommend the Chinese - yes you read that right! - restaurant just down the main street next to the BW! Was a nice break from Italian food and was actually really good!) Breakfast looked good but I just got a cup of coffee which I took back to my room. Staff super nice and helpful! Everything nice and would stay here again!

We booked the Best Western at the last minute, due to our flight being cancelled, due to a French air traffic controllers strike and are pleased that we did. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and special mention to Simona and Viktor in the restaurant who although busy found time for everyone and appeared to be genuinely enjoying their work, which always makes for a good evening. The quality of the food was also very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was especially good with a wide selection of cheese and meats and cakes and pastries many of which are produced at the hotel - very good value for €10 each. The rooms were clean and comfortable and although under one of the flight paths, as long as the window was shut, very quiet. We used the hotel shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel and back again the next day, reasonable value at €8 each way. the hotel even has a pool and it was a great place to relax with a beer!

But when I arrived, I found this hotel to be better than expected, and I would both recommend this hotel and stay again! The shuttle works very well - outside Terminal 3 there's a shuttle stop for all hotels, the shuttle for the Best Western shows up as scheduled. (And the driver is very professional!) It's 7 euros each way, which is a bargain comparied to a taxi! My room was a good size, the bathroom and shower were excellent, the bed comfortable, and I really enjoyed being able to sit by the pool and relax. There are several grocery stores in the area for food (the closest is open 24/7) as well as scattered restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - I was very pleased with my two night stay.

The front desk let us store our luggage all day until our room was ready so we could go into Rome, when we got back to actually check in, it was easy to grab and there was no charge. In the morning, we needed to leave for the airport before the shuttle started operating, so they called for an early morning taxi and gave us an early morning wake up call. It was nice having a restaurant on site and the food was good. Everything was clean and well maintained. Glad we booked here
