I booked this hotel mostly because it was one of the better choices among a lot of poor choices. The main factor was the good reviews about the airport shuttle. But when I arrived, I found this hotel to be better than expected, and I would both recommend this hotel and stay again! The shuttle works very well - outside Terminal 3 there's a shuttle stop for all hotels, the shuttle for the Best Western shows up as scheduled. (And the driver is very professional!) It's 7 euros each way, which is a bargain comparied to a taxi! My room was a good size, the bathroom and shower were excellent, the bed comfortable, and I really enjoyed being able to sit by the pool and relax. There are several grocery stores in the area for food (the closest is open 24/7) as well as scattered restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - I was very pleased with my two night stay.

Very clean and spacious property with a fantastic restaurant on site and a menu that changes daily. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are huge by Italian standards! The bathroom was twice as big as any of the other places we stayed. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The fruits were fresh and the yogurt great quality. The restaurant serves fantastic Italian dishes, but could use some music. The TV had Italian news on every night which was a bit distracting from the overall positive and high end atmosphere. Would recommend turning the news off for dinner (devastating scenes from wildfires take away from appetite a bit), and maybe add in some music!

We stayed here our last night in Italy in order to take their 4:30 am (0430) shuttle to the airport (8 euro pp). We had an amazing dinner at their restaurant and the quality exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly. We didn't hear one plane at all during our stay (arrived around 1800/6 pm). The shuttle was on time and only took around 5 min. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked amazing but we were too tired to enjoy it. We liked the luggage scale in the main reception area! The AC worked really well and there were elevators. The gym also looked amazing.

Location, amenities were to my liking.. The restaurant was a bonus, since I did not have to look around for a place to eat. The shuttle bus driver was excellent (10:30am sched. On June 13) … i would have hoped that the shuttle service was free, but, all together the shuttle and the driver were great. The admin (reception) staff were so gracious in accommodating an early check in before 2:00pm. They were kind enough to orient me on the location of my room plus a helping hand with my luggages straight to my room. As always, I had a good experience staying at the Best Western, after so many years using same hotel(s) in Canada, during my travel working years in the past.

This hotel saved me from a travel nightmare, they booked me a room last minute when I had to switch flights and ended up getting into Rome after midnight for a one night layover. Price was reasonable given the last minute booking, room was reasonably comfortable, check in and out was very easy and breakfast at the on site restaurant was fantastic.

The shuttle is very convenient to get back and forth from airport. Good Resaurant and friendly efficient staff. I've stayed here before and found it usually very clean.

Was not aware how close beach was, once we arrived to have dinner we were dissatisfied with the hotels recommendation. It was our last night and though sunset was enjoyable the restaurant and area at night was not

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Our only issue was the AC did not work in the room so we had to sleep with the window open all night. Other then that the breakfast was good and our shuttle driver was friendly as well.

Friendly staff and quick check-in was welcomed especially since we had driven a couple of hours to get to the hotel. Rooms were ready and very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was on-time and got us to the terminal without any issues.
